COVID-19 UPDATE
We hope this message finds you and yours healthy.
To allow our patients to access care in the safest manner possible, we are now offering live online consultation services (also known as telemedicine). For more information please read here, or contact our office.
Your health and safety is our top priority and we have implemented many new protocols to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Please be aware that:
- We will be limiting the amount of people in the office at any given time, please wait a moment and we will assist you.
- Appointments are recommended to limit wait time.
- Please do not enter the practice if you have any cold and flu symptoms (cough, runny nose, fever, shortness of breathe, loss of sense of smell), have travelled outside the province of Alberta, or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19. We can postpone your visit until after 14 days.
- Please wash your hands with soap and water, or sanitize your hands before and after entering. Hand sanitizer is available at our reception desk and throughout our office spaces.
- Please wear a facemask while you are in the practice as there are many procedures and services that do not allow us to social distance.
- Please continue to practice social distancing (6 feet) whenever possible.
- If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue or into your bended elbow and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterwards.
- No shaking of hands, hugging, or touching.
- Please attend your appointment alone, unless you require a guardian or care taker.
- All visitors must sign in and out.
- Sanitation and cleaning of all areas are performed frequently and after each person’s visit.
Thank you for your patience and continued support. We look forward to seeing you soon!
